G8 Capital Fund XI

G8 Capital Fund XI was incorporated in the state of California on March 24, 2009 (#200908510122) by Evan Gentry, 999 CORPORATE DR #215, Ladera Ranch, CA 92694 and remains active, and is also listed by Dun & Bradstreet at

G8 CAPITAL FUND XI LLC
401 OASIS DR
RIDGECREST, CA 93555

Dun & Bradstreet also lists at that address

GA CAPITAL FUND 11 LLC
401 OASIS DR
RIDGECREST, CA 93555
Principle: Rosario Miranda

which was the office address of G8's La Mirage properties, managed for a time by Rosario Miranda

Also listed in an August 15, 2014 filing at the Nevada Secretary of State website:

G8 CAPITAL FUND XI L.L.C. (#E0423192014-2)
7251 W LAKE MEAD BLVD #300
LAS VEGAS, NV 89128

for which the registered agent and manager are

FPKG LLC
8275 S EASTERN AVE #200
LAS VEGAS, NV 89123

for which the manager is

DUXPLORE INC
7251 WEST LAKE MEAD BOULEVARD
LAS VEGAS, NV 89128

for which there are two listings at the Nevada Secretary of State website, one in default and one permanently revoked and which received a cease and desist order from the California Commissioner of Real Estate for its activities. I saved the front page here mostly because it has to be seen to be believed. Also, check out the source for this charming quote: "Is US Citizenship really up for sale!? . . . . . in a word: YES!" The EB Visa program is wracked by fraud.

On the "Real Estate" page, we find this (click to enlarge):

(the Beverly Hills address is apparently
one of those rent-by-the-hour offices)

Why did G8 set up a LLC in Nevada with the exact same name as one already set up in California?

Why was it set up at all, as it did no business in Nevada?

The website for FPKG is http://www.yourservicingcompany.info/ which advertises La Mirage units in Ridgecrest

On the duxplore.com website, the content seems to anticipate mortgagees being referred to it:

If you are a Borrower and have recently received NOTICE: WE ARE YOUR NEW MORTGAGE LOAN SERVICING COMPANY! Please call us today! There is a good chance, if we are servicing your loan, you are in jeopardy of losing your home, and we DO NOT WANT THAT!!! You Have Options! Let's work through this together! Our Negotiating ability with FPKG LLC, the owner of you loan, allows you multiple options! CALL TODAY! 702 - 718 - 1179

G8 Capital Fund XI (Nevada), FPKG, and Duxplore are essentially the same entity. But one is the owner of the loan, one is the buyer of the loan, and one is the "loan servicer".

Why sell a loan to yourself?

Next to the text quoted above, we also find the text:

We want you to be heard and we expect that we can provide you a manageable rate, payment and resulting balance should you desire to remain in your home. It is YOUR responsibility to contact us!

In Spires v G8, what ended up being the plaintiff's main argument was his (the homeowner's) inability to find out who, in fact, owned the mortgage on his house. We see here that this was intentional.
